We introduced our theatre kitchen a few years ago, it has grown in size and popularity!
2016 saw the lovely Nadiya Hussain appeared on the Saturday as part of a weekend line up full of chefs and cooking demonstrations, celebrating the best in Isle of Wight produce.
TV chef and bestselling author Rachel Khoo, well known for Little Paris Kitchen and Rachel Khoo’s Kitchen Notebook, was our star name at the 2015 show.
Our friends from The Garlic Farm will be on hand on to tell you everything you need to know about cooking with garlic, garlic for health and gardening. They have been growing garlic on the Isle of Wight for over 50 years now and are the UK’s largest speciality garlic grower. The They really are the complete experts on all things garlic!
No doubt Garlic Festival favourite Salina Rahim-Campbell will return this year with her delicious Japanese Gyoza Dumplings. They really are delicious, not to be missed!
